My plans have changed, how do I inform you?

Should any modifications to your booking become necessary, we kindly request that you communicate these changes in writing. Please send an email to your booking manager outlining the specific alterations required. It is important to note that amendments to the itinerary may result in a corresponding adjustment in the pricing.

I’ve booked! What happens now?

Upon receipt of your booking confirmation, rest assured that the selected car/s are exclusively reserved for your use, preventing any further quotes or bookings for the same vehicles. We kindly advise you to carefully review the itinerary we've crafted based on the details you provided in the booking form. Once you are satisfied with the plan, we request that you make the deposit payment promptly.

For your financial records and transparency, you will receive a receipt every time a payment is made, detailing the amount paid and indicating any outstanding balances, if applicable. In the coming days, you will also receive the contact information for your designated 'booking manager,' who will serve as your primary point of contact moving forward. Please feel free to reach out to them using the contact details provided in the 'Your Booking Manager' email.

As your wedding date approaches, approximately 60 days before the event, you will receive a reminder email containing the necessary details for settling the remaining balance.

When will the driver arrive to collect me?

Our drivers are scheduled to arrive at the initial collection point 15 minutes ahead of the departure time stipulated in the itinerary. This buffer allows for unforeseen traffic issues that may arise during transit. If you believe that this 15-minute buffer is insufficient, you have the option to add extra time to the itinerary to accommodate your needs. However, please be aware that additional buffer time may incur additional charges. This is especially relevant if the distance to the ceremony venue is particularly long or if there is a history of traffic congestion in the local area.

The additional hourly charge for extra time is typically £25 for most of our vehicles. We recommend carefully considering your itinerary to optimize both time and cost, keeping in mind that adjustments to the end of the itinerary can help offset additional charges.
